我院学生到外资银行模拟实习参观

　　我院新生分成两组参观了位于临江西路的汇丰银行成都支行。同学们到达支行后由陈行长发表简短欢迎词，对来自我院的同学表示热烈的欢迎。随后，来自汇丰银行市场部的Coin介绍本次分组的带队汇丰同事给同学认识。

　　In Sep.11,two groups of students visited HSBC branch in Chengdu located on Linjiang Western Road.Mr.Chen,President of Chengdu branch made a brief welcoming speech.Coin from Marketing Dept.HSBC introduced his colleagues who were responsible for leading in this simulation practice.

　　在银行柜台前，银行的职员耐心讲解怎么样办理日常业务，如何面对不同的客户需求以及何处理客户的不合规要求。接着各队学生到客户经理办公室就坐，由客户主任讲解外资银行的服务特点以及与内资银行服务区别，让同学们真正体会外资银行面对客户时的专业素质。

　　Students stood around the counter in the bank.The bank's staff patiently explained how to handle the daily business,how to deal with different customers'needs and how to handle the customer's unreasonable requirements.Then,students were led to Account Manager's Office.There,they got to know the service features of foreign banks and their difference with domestic ones.All of they made our students to truly understand a foreign bank's professional quality when serving customers.

　　一转眼已经是下午5点，银行参观活动圆满结束，通过本次活动同学们深刻体会和亲身感受到一个国际化银行运作的体系和银行工作人员工作的协调性，对银行各部门的工作内容有了更深入的了解，为将来进入金融行业打下了坚实的基础。

　　It was time of 5:00 pm.This visit was finished.Through this activity our students had a better understanding about the international system of banking operations and bank staff's work,as well as the work of various departments.It has laid a solid the foundation for their future.
